How to Purchase

Policies

FREIGHT:  All freight will be sent out by UPS unless otherwise requested.  WE DO NOT SHIP ON APPROVAL.  All freight charges are prepaid and added to invoice.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  There will be a 50% up-front payment (NON-REFUNDABLE) on all custom orders.  Custom orders are not returnable.

RETURNS:  Returns are not accepted without an authorization number from BUDGET BUDDY CO.  All returns are subject to restocking charge.  All freight will be paid by purchaser. No returns allowed after 30 days from date of shipment.

DAMAGE:  Damage in transit must be reported to carrier, and inspection requested within 48 hours after delivery to your premises.

  1. Immediately examine all cartons for damage.
  2. Note any apparent damage or shortage on delivery receipt.
  3. Unpack all merchandise for concealed damage.
  4. Upon discovery of damage:
  • Save carton
  • Call carrier for inspection
  • Notify BUDGET BUDDY CO.
  • DELIVERY:  Most orders will be shipped within 10 days of receipt of order, unless the order is large or a custom order.

    GUARANTEE:  We carry a ONE year guarantee on all merchandise, provided the equipment is used as recommended.

    MINIMUM ORDER:  There will be a $20.00 minimum order charge.
